Resale Rights

All of the images at www.digitalscrapbookstore.com that are free are for personal use ONLY. You may use the images without purchasing rights if:

  • You use them for your own scrapbook
  • You are creating tutorials with these images (please reference Digital Scrapbook Store somewhere in your tutorial)
  • You are uploading your flattened images online (would be great if you reference this website)

If you are using these images for commercial use, please purchase Resale Rights today.

Following are the reasons why you need Resale Rights:

  • Place images on t-shirts you sell
  • Use images for jewelry you sell
  • Sell your own packages that include images from this website
  • Print brochures (over 100 copies)

Basically if it is not for your own scrapbook or craft projects (gifting a craft is considered personal use), then you need to purchase  Resale Rights. Please use your integrity.

You MAY NOT: 

  • Give images away for free
  • Resell images as they are

Below you may choose how many images you would like to purchase for resale or give away. If you want to be able to purchase all of the images to include any of the future items, please choose “Lifetime Rights”.  After you make your purchase you will receive a certificate of purchase, please keep it in a safe place for future reference (our associates surf the web daily to see if any images are being used without rights.)
One Images = One Single Image (if you have downloaded one pack of 10 images, you are allowed to resell one of those images, not the entire pack)
